The role:
We’re looking for a full-time, passionate marketer with broad skills that can keep all of our plates spinning across marketing, stakeholder communications, event management and community. This is a broadly scoped role which will be underpinned by your outstanding coordination and execution capabilities. You’ll work with all of our team members and be guided day-to-day by our firm’s partners.
You'll be responsible for:
- marketing and brand building initiatives
- planning and running events with founders, investors and ecosystem leaders
- content strategy, creation and execution
- managing our social media accounts
- public relations
- website maintenance and messaging
- engaging with the Australian startup ecosystem to promote Right Click Capital
You must be:
- an outstanding communicator with exceptional writing skills
- able to demonstrate a passion for startups and entrepreneurship
Who we're looking for:
- have a minimum of three years of experience within a PR/events/marketing/startup environment
- “get” social and intuitively know how to spread our message to the right audience
- have functional competency across multiple marketing channels, planning and executing events, public relations and content development
- be a sharp thinker with academic results your parents are probably very proud of
- have a very strong attention to detail and can execute flawlessly across multiple concurrent initiatives
- have a proven ability to be able to develop and maintain relationships with a large range of stakeholders
- have a willingness to work outside of regular business hours if necessary, particularly around event coordination
- be a person who we can trust to always be waving the Right Click Capital flag at events within the startup community
