The Opportunity To Make A Difference:

Our Marketing team are searching for a talented, energetic and confident professional to drive key metrics in our Brand team. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires a go-getter with an acquisition mindset who is capable and driven to start building and developing key relationships with Goodwill ambassadors that will extend brand reach, connect with core and new audiences, and drive fundraising opportunities.

You are:

  • Proactive and driven to acquire new talent to join our portfolio of Goodwill Ambassador’s and to manage existing ambassadors
  • Already well networked with access to potentially suitable profiles who have alignment to WVA’s mission and values
  • A strategic thinker who can maximise leverage of our Goodwill ambassadors to achieve marketing and brand objectives
  • Possessing of a professional calibre to work with high-profile individuals and their managers
  • Someone who values engaging our Ingenious community, and being relevant to millennials, as much as we do
  • Enthusiastic, positive and a great communicator who will fit well into a high-performing team

This primary purpose of this role is to manage and implement the WVA Ambassador Program. Some of the key responsibilities would include:

  • Assisting in the development of the Goodwill Ambassador Program strategy
  • Partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to devise and design creative, innovative Ambassador led activations, collateral and content to maximise the supporter experience
  • Acquiring new relationships to achieve desired growth targets and maintain and strengthen relationships with existing ambassadors
  • Working with the Brand Manager to assess and monitor brand health and revenue targets and identify strategies to improve and maximise opportunities
  • Creating and executing impactful field trips to on-board, educate, and energise ambassadors, whilst maximising content collation, and generating media and social media reach

This is a full-time Permanent position that will operate out of our Head Office in Burwood East.
