Our client is seeking a User Researcher to work within a new team, which is expected to include Business Architects, Service Designers, User Researchers and Subject Matter Experts.
The User researchers will be responsible for building an understanding of the services’ users and their behaviour, and providing insights to the teams about how users interact with the service.


Essential skills and experience

Identify user needs and ensure that your team understands them

Plan and conduct a range of research including contextual enquiry, depth interviews, diary studies and others as required

Ability to articulate clear and actionable insights in multiple ways (such as service maps, customer journeys etc)

Ability to analyse and draw insights across different bodies of user research

Have previous experience in agile and work at pace as part of an agile multi-disciplined team.
