Marketing Assistant

Objective
Support the marketing team to ensure operational efficiencies across all channels.
  
Reporting to: General Manager, Marketing

Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)
  • Support the marketing team to ensure operational efficiencies across all channels
  • Organise collateral for all events and arrange delivery of such
  • Facilitate the logistics around our internal events and arranging the logistics around our webinars
  • Prospect external sources for new data and reporting accordingly
  • Support the merging of duplicate data where required
  • Work as a conduit between Marketing and Product
  • Analysis of NPS/Transactional Surveys 
  • Maintain activity monitor which records marketing activity data to allow for solid decision making
  • Upload surveys on Survey Monkey and carrying out survey analysis where required
  • Coordinate team tasks or reminders
  • Manage invoices for budget sheet
  • Manage our print supplier and deliveries to and from
  • Manage marketing suppliers, deliveries and collateral stock levels
  • Media monitoring and reporting
  • Research and analyse market and customer information to identify opportunities and report such to the business
  • Assist with the management of logistics for internal and external events
  • Compilation and distribution of internal staff newsletter
  • Assist with the management of client surveys and reporting of data
  • Assist with invoice coding and reconciliation
  • Assist with social media coordination and content creation as a responsibility

Knowledge and Experience (knowledge and experience required for the role)
  • Minimum 12 months relevant experience
  • Relevant Marketing Degree or Diploma
  • Understanding of social networking platforms and the relevant platforms segments
  • Demonstrated basic knowledge of SEO principles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data at a basic level
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate and willingness to learn
