Your new role

 

Work for a global iconic brand to lead the development and execution of insights driven marketing strategy to support Motorola Solutions ANZ channel and commercial business.

 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ, you will be a strategic business partner to the channel business and inside sales teams as well as proactively lead the development, direction and execution of the overall marketing plans to support commercial markets and customers.

 

Responsibilities include

 

  • Develop, drive and implement the ANZ commercial and channel marketing strategy, plan and key activities
  • Build, maintain and maximise relationships and marketing initiatives across our partner network and industry bodies, including the Marketing Development Fund program. Lead joint initiatives with partners, including seminars, webinars, email campaigns, social campaigns, gated content, webinars and surveys
  • Coordinate, manage and negotiate the channel marketing calendar. Research and present recommendations for events to attend or host. Report and maximise ROI across each type of event (sponsorships, tradeshows, seminars and webinars)
  • Build and execute vertical marketing campaigns including to achieve sales and conversion targets. Report and measure campaign analytics and effectiveness via MQLs, sales conversions, and overall engagement
  • Partner with relevant sales and marketing stakeholders across the APAC region to establish priorities, align work objectives, and leverage shared marketing technology
  • Develop and maintain broad knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends and industry developments specific to the business area. Utilise data and partner insights to provide recommendations to drive distribution and market share
  • Understand consumer drivers and path to purchase in a complex value chain including how different territory requirements across A/NZ impact the go-to market strategy
  • Pre-empt the needs of the channels – delivering relevant marketing assets and content in response to their evolving requirements and competitive environments
  • Proactively manage and refresh the CRM database

 

About you

 

  • Ideally 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B environment, working across multiple marketing disciplines, including product positioning, communications, account-based marketing, campaign development, thought leadership, tradeshows and digital
  • Passion in leading ROI-driven marketing strategies using new ways of thinking, innovative approaches and working as a team to achieve a common goal
  • Experience in a services industry, product marketing, technology or telecommunications industry
  • Highly organised with superior analytical, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong experience in the Digital landscape with demonstrated experience in salesforce.com and marketing analytics
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% throughout Australia and New Zealand
