About the Role
The position supports the Project Marketing Manager and is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives and activities including website content management, developing marketing collateral, coordinating sponsorship and events and managing customer communication strategies.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the implementation of estate marketing strategies & tactics
- Coordinate the roll out of sales promotions
- Liaise with state development teams, attend weekly sales meetings and monthly project review meetings
- Coordinate and attend estate photo shoots, organise estate photography
- Coordinate media planning & media agencies
- Assist in the production of promotional and advertising materials
- Implement marketing, sponsorship & PR programs
- Utilise the internal CRM to set up and monitor campaigns
- Maintain website content in conjunction with the PMM & DMO as part of the content management strategy
About You
It is essential that that you have a Bachelor of Commerce (marketing) or equivalent as well as a minimum of 2-3 years experience in marketing, communications or advertising agency roles. These skills combined with an understanding of digital applications, confident written & verbal communication skills and strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
