About The Role:

The Digital CRM Manager will be responsible for the implementation and daily management of our customer contact and engagement strategy. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Marketing, this role will focus on the strategic planning and execution of our customer lifecycle management as well as tasked with keeping abreast of new innovations in this area and applying swiftly as appropriate to the overarching CRM and digital strategy.

The successful candidate needs to be experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of digital retention marketing campaigns within budget, efficiently and achieving set KPI’s
  • Execution of digital marketing related creative including EDM campaigns from briefing through to go live.
  • Develop and execute data driven CRM programs utilising our CRM technology and service providers.
  • Expand on current customer lifecycle management across EDM, SMS and Social (if relevant) in line with the business strategy and objectives
  • Implementation of best practice eDM message strategies at all times to optimise performance, engagement and lead generation
  • Manage the eDM communications program for each brand and implement a testing schedule to drive efficiencies in conversion
  • Work with the wider marketing team to enhance and execute digitally our Loyalty Programs
  • Implementation of all customer communications ensuring these are on brand, up to date, compliant and follow all internal process.
  • Implementation and management of customer feedback initiatives to help drive the ongoing improvement to our customer experience.
  • Working with our Voice of the Customer (VOC) technology, monitor and report on opportunities to enhance our customer experience
  • Maintain marketing reports to measure effectiveness of campaigns across all KPI’s
  • Report on NPS scores and Customer Satisfaction scores across our VOC Program and use to execute ongoing enhancements

Skills & Experience:

  • Marketing related qualification with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role across the digital space
  • Experience in implementing campaigns across the digital space
  • Strong B2C marketing background across retention, website optimisation, communication and brand
  • Flair for driving ROI on campaign investment
  • Experience working with external agencies, third parties and exceptional stakeholder management
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel)
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in: managing a CRM system, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Exact Target, desktop publishing, eDM, visual communication, campaign management and reporting using Excel
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills
