A great opportunity to support the development and delivery of RACV’s member proposition and manage member benefit programs and partners.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Member Strategy team, charged with responsibility for member strategy and value proposition development for RACV members.
The team will drive member-centricity by reviewing and implementing a revised member architecture and recognition program that focuses on member value and the long-term successes of the organisation. They will also direct efforts towards improving both the commercial performance and member experiences of the organisation through evolved member benefits programs and partners.
About the role:
- Support delivery of the Member strategy.
- Develop and execute reward and loyalty initiatives.
- Develop and execute activities to drive loyalty partnerships and implement an enhanced benefits and loyalty portfolio.
- Provide governance and operational oversight to loyalty benefits partners and all related marketing communications.
- Work collaboratively and cohesively with the marketing teams to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and user optimisation ideas.
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on insights.
- Be responsible for the respective budget, ensuring ‘best bang for buck’ and delivery on budget.
- Work with internal and external partners to articulate an effective channel plan for all campaign activity.
- Drive new partnership opportunities for RACV.
About you:
- Strong customer strategy and loyalty experience.
- Proven ability to develop customer engagement strategy, which governs multiple streams of delivery, and strong quantitative basis.
- Contract management and negotiation skills.
- External partner management experience.
- Strong presentation, communication and written skills.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Collaborative and strong team player.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills and good application of all other Microsoft Office packages.
