THE JOB:
We are looking for superstar Promotions and Offers Executive to collaborate with stakeholders to maximise our promotional ROI, with a focus on tactical momentum initiatives. Using customer insights that enables us to continually bring new and compelling value propositions to market.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Lead on promotional planning
- Collaborate with Strategy, Analytics and CRM team to optimise generosity distribution
- Coordinate workshops and other operational requirements to ensure cross-functional engagement and timely delivery of project deliverables
- Momentum campaign management
- Ownership of the value strategy for all ad hoc activity
- Forecast scenarios and options (with support from Promo Analyst) to deliver best in market generosity on momentum initiatives
TEAM:
The objective of our Promotions and Offers team is to develop innovative value propositions that drive acquisition, loyalty and advocacy. You have the team and tools to execute on the strategy driven by all teams at Sportsbet, putting the customer at the heart of every decision we make.
IS THIS ROLE FOR ME?
You’re a mixture of the above, a true all-rounder! However, you will also have:
- Highly analytical. Able to choose the most relevant insights, consume and make recommendations
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Budget management experience
- Genuine love for customers and finding more ways to bring excitement to life via our offers and promotions
- Proven bias to action
- A great connector who uses their strong communications skills to build and maintain relationships with both business and technical specialists
- A curiosity to explore new ways of doing things by asking questions and tackling problems that create new opportunities
- Creativity and openness to ideas.
- Passion for sports and/or racing desirable but not essential
