The Nambour RSL Club, located on the stunning Sunshine Coast, is one of Queensland’s most awarded and modern Community Clubs. This family-orientated community club has an enviable growth record and exciting future development plans with a commitment of service to its 21,000 members and the Sunshine Coast community.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the ideal candidate will apply their passion and creativity to assist in creating marketing initiatives, new promotions and campaigns to raise and enhance our brand's profile and presence, product development and release strategies. 

You will be responsible for assisting with the design, development and implementation of all creative material including, marketing communications, Point of Sale collateral, print media material, social media, EDM's and website design.

You will be dynamic, excited, creative and social media savvy. A team player with the skills and the get up and go to make things happen in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.

To be successful for the role you will need to possess the following key skills and experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a marketing role with a digital platform usage.
• Proficient skills in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Suite, WordPress and Corel Draw.
• Social media star (Instagram & Facebook) with a flair for photography
• Analyse and Report on marketing campaigns.
• Experience in delivering brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Strong willingness to learn and upgrade to the latest Social Media & Marketing technical skills and ideas.
• Excellent Communication Skills, written, visual and verbal.
• The ability to plan, organise and prioritise your work.
• Proven dedication to customer focus.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative, Creative and a Can-Do Attitude.
• Creative flair and ability to think of fresh ideas.
• A passion for ‘Great Customer Service’

The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing and or data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level computer skills, including advanced experience in data analysis and spreadsheet manipulation.
• The drive and motivation to understand and explore gaming data, investigating the latest trends and developing a clear understanding of our guests.
