About the Role
We are currently seeking a key member to join our Merchandise team. Managing a small team, the Management Business Analyst will play a key part in studying the current systems, introducing organisational change, and leading and managing the team to maximise the value and performance of the business.
This includes;
- Overseeing the development of an annual Business Plan to outline category strategies for the next 12 months
- Negotiating innovative and compelling promotional offers with vendors
- Working collaboratively with the Business Services team to maximise inventory productivity
- Plan trading negotiations and develop business goals to align supplier with Blooms The Chemist business objectives and overall company direction
The successful candidate will possess:
- Ability to analyse data, develop information and consider solutions
- Understanding of all facets of Retail (Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandise)
- Experience in Franchise environment
- Amazing customer service skills
- Ability to coach and develop a team
- Inspiring communication style
- High attention to detail
- Experience in Category Management, Overseas Importing, Product Development, or Pharmacy
