My client is working in a two-sided marketplace that has recently launched in Sydney. They're changing the child care sector and improving the environment for families looking for care.


Acting as Operations Manager in an all-encompassing role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating interest from families to use the platform.

This role is currently part-time and would be perfectly suited for someone who is passioante about child care and interested in the start-ups.
 
You will be part of a 5 person team and have the opportunity learn from highly skilled product designers and developers who are passionate about the business. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating interest from families who are interested in the platform
• Answering queries about child care sharing and how it can integrate into their schedule
• Managing relationships with families who are using the platform
• Create an onboarding process for families
• Host and run events for families

Time Commitment:
1-2 days per week
