About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our Growth and Performance Marketing team based in Melbourne or Sydney.
This team is an Agile and high-performance team who focus on acquisition, brand and paid and owned marketing for areas including but not limited to domestic, international & corporate health insurance and general insurance.
Reporting to Digital Optimisation Manager, this role helps leading the delivery of a continuous optimisation program across bupa.com.au, sales pathways and campaigns to drive higher conversion and improve overall customer experience; contributes to analytics, segmentation, design, development and content creation of digital assets.
Your background:
You will be an expert user of Adobe Target, and an experienced user of tag management systems who is passionate about coming up with innovative solutions to drive higher conversion rates and improve overall user experience.
You will be/have-
- Experience with digital conversation rate optimisation and project management
- Proven success in building and implementing high performance tests
- Ability to analyse data and compile insights to devise test ideas
- Advanced experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- Experience with DMP, e.g Adobe Audience Manager (preferred)
- Experience with Tag management systems
- Skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Worked within Agile delivery
- Strong communication, stakeholder and project management skills
- A passion for digital optimisation
