The Opportunity
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Social Media to lead the Social Media team and function within Transport for NSW. This role plays a key part in setting the strategic direction and guiding the development of social media channels to deliver improved transport outcomes; and reports to the Director, Media & Communications.
 
The purpose of this role is to build capability in social media channels across each function, Division and Agency in the cluster, to increase customer engagement and operational effectiveness.
 
We are looking for a motivated leader who has experience managing a team and the capability to grow social media capability across the cluster.

Essential requirements
  • Experience in community management of social media channels
  • Development and editing of content suitable for social media channels
  • Experience with video editing & production for social media channels
