What’s the Job?

Reporting to both the Key Accounts Director & Campaign Management Team Leader, this role is responsible for the successful deployment, ongoing management, successful performance and retention of digital advertising services to our Key Account clients nationally.

What you will deliver:

You will work with sales and internal teams to provide strategy and deliverables documents for potential clients whilst owning and managing the full set-up process for all digital campaigns that are assigned to you including:

  • reviewing sales orders and validating for implementation
  • completing set-up calls with customers
  • briefing range of internal fulfilment teams across digital products
  • seeking customer approvals
  • allocation and set-up of campaign products (eg call tracking)

You will also possess amazing customer service skills and you’re not afraid to build strong relationships and ensure customer retention.

You will:

  • Act as the central point of communication for campaigns, dealing with our clients, fulfilment teams and sales
  • Establish cadence for reporting and client contact for campaign. Closely monitor success metrics and conduct regular reviews with customers, helping them understand and navigate campaign dashboards / results
  • Coordinate internal meetings for campaign monitoring and troubleshooting, presenting high-level summaries for discussion
  • Collaborate with fulfilment on optimizations, understand insights recommended and present effectively to clients
  • Identify potential campaign issues and flag before customer is lost, proactively deliver customer solutions
  • Respond to customer queries and requests in a timely manner
  • Input into our sales and operations processes and systems as our business grows and changes

What you will need & know:

  • A great level of positive energy to deliver across multiple deadlines, solutions focused with amazing customer service
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, work effectively with others to deliver
  • Strong influencing skills and analytical thinking
  • Excellent written & oral communications skills
  • Exposure to digital marketing is essential
