We’re searching for people or a number of people who can create digital marketing campaigns from scratch, including full creative, copywriting and design pages for mobile/tablet including desktop.

Your main focus is driving traffic and conversion, using the tools that are currently available.

We want you to take ownership of everything you do. We want you to do basic reporting so we know exactly what you’re thinking, why you’re thinking it, how you’re going to measure and implement changes.

You’ll be an expert at using the full suite of Google tools (Analytics, TAG Manager, Optimize, Data Studio, Adwords etc ) however you don’t spend all day creating graphs and charts. We like you to dive in, read the data, make a decision and go.

We want someone who has peripheral vision as well as being able to see over the horizon. Someone who doesn’t need to be told what to do, who can over-deliver and execute new projects in the quickest time frames possible.

Someone who is a digital genius, and also turn their hand to Photoshop/Illustrator and In design to create stunning banners, using images they source themselves, or use our own libraries.

You will:

* Have the vision of an art director and the skill of a developer.

* Set up marketing funnels, from paid search campaigns, retargeting/remarketing.

* Know your way around creating auto-responders using the latest tools and software.

* Be expected to be a wiz at creating high-converting landing pages.

* Understand the importance of AB testing and how to implement this with Google Optimize (or your favourite AB testing tool).

* Always be iterating and thinking of new ideas

* Create a higher RIO and ROAS while remaining focused on CTR, CPM and Conversions/Goals.

* Know who your mentors are, who are the digital marketing experts you choose to learn your craft from.

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Have an insatiable thirst to grow your knowledge and  skills

* Enjoy working closely with the team

* Be given time to learn and improve yourself and your skills.

* Have current PPC digital and social marketing skills and who has been using these skills to drive conversions in a competitive market

We work within the WordPress framework, keeping things as simple as we possibly can, in ever changing markets and niches. We’d expect you to have the confidence to dive into PHP and MySQL and get creative in your designs to get more conversions.

We also expect you to plan and create social media campaigns and be up to date with how to run these advertising platforms on Facebook.

We are looking for you to tell us what to do next, and not wait for jobs to be handed to you.

Last year we created $100m in leads for one client alone.

Your goal is to increase the amount of conversions by fine-tuning existing funnels as well as creating new ones.

We are looking for someone who understands deep analytics and can look at a report and not only know what needs to be done to increase conversions, but can dive in and get it done – FAST!

Essential

  • High -level knowledge of Google and  Facebook Analytics

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical digital roles and/or Front-End roles; Experience with Tag Management tools such as GTM. Setting up TAGS, implementing, tracking engagement and improving CTR.

  • Fanatical about UI design across different platforms and driven by the latest in UX best practice.

  • Plan and execute paid search and social campaigns from start to finish.

  • WordPress & other CMS platforms

  • SEM (Google AdWords, Remarketing, Display Ads)

  • SEO (On-site optimization, content creation and Keyword placement) - best practices

  • Highly proficient in Google Adwords and Google Analytics

  • A track record of developing, implementing and optimising cost-effective and high-performing PPC strategies

  • Knowledge of paid digital media strategies (prospective, predictive & remarketing)

  • Able to identifying target audiences and devise digital campaigns that motivate actions

  • Exceptional communication skills and copy writing knowledge

  • A high attention to detail, the ability to manage workflows and multitask proficiently

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) ,dashboards and custom reports

Desirable

  • Experience in setting up funnels and workflows

  • Exposure to data visualisation tools

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and future proofing;

  • Ownership of a large Google Adwords account

  • Small to medium display advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other display platforms

  • Manage agreed marketing budgets and resources, while optimising our spend to minimise waste

  • Measure the performance of digital campaigns against agreed targets and budget

  • Optimise landing pages
