THE COMPANY:

Our client was founded in 2000 by a lady who suffered from irritated skin and sinus issues.  On her dining room table, in a little bowl with a black chicken painted on it she started her care company and it's now a global brand selling remedial products to people all over the world.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Product Marketing Specialist, the Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the direct marketing strategy to promote their products and services to a global audience.

The main responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement the strategy for EDM campaigns ensuring sales targets are attained
  • Report on past and present campaigns and their reach (including recommendation of changes and enhancements)
  • Update, manage and report on Ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ad Words
  • Work with the Marketing Team and digital agencies across SEO, SEM, UX, Online promotions, engagement, analytics, reporting, merchandising and CRM management
  • Compile reports and provide insights including weekly updates, end of month, quarterly and annual reports
  • Drive and manage the Customer Loyalty Program
  • Support the Marketing team across digital & marketing projects as needed
YOU:
  • The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, Social Media content, segmentation and Content Marketing
  • An excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Adwords
  • Experience with developing strategies for SEO and SEM
  • Firm understanding of Infusionsoft, MailChimp and Shopify and related programs, as well as basic HTML/CSS
  • An excellent understanding of the digital marketing landscape and strong analytical skills - interpret data and research quickly
