The IT insights manager is responsible for utilising IT performance data sets to drive actionable IT performance insights - the insights will enable more effective IT strategic decision making, increased IT efficiency and effectiveness.
A few responsibilities will include:
- Assess IT performance data, identify trends and construct actionable insights.
- Utilize insights to recommend action plans to optimize IT performance
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the IT Leadership team to drive improved IT performance
- Assist the IT in the measurement and analysis of strategic activities
- Build a high performing insight analysis capability to support IT priorities
- Develop and refine the set of measures by which the IT organization will operate against
About You:
You are able to operate as a strategic thinker looking for the value opportunities, whilst also able to drill into the necessary detail to ensure insights are accurate and project plans are robust. You have experience operating in a Global IT environment and have a real passion for innovative thinking. You are highly analytical, structured and logical thinker. In this role you will be responsible for utilising IT performance data sets to drive actionable IT performance insights - the insights will enable more effective IT strategic decision making, increased IT efficiency and effectiveness.
In order to be successful in the position you will need:
- Robust understanding of IT operating models and associated performance indicators
- Experience in strategic IT dashboards and reporting
- A track record success in operating successfully with a degree of ambiguity and change
- Experience in driving IT decision making with insights
- High level of influencing skills within a matrix environment
- Experience in driving IT decision making with insights
- Excellent presentation skills at Senior Executive level
- Transformation experience especially working in cultural change environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT or Business related discipline. Prefer post-graduate qualification in addition, e.g. MBA
