About Us
With a portfolio of online stores geared for growth in 2019, we are on the hunt for a motivated E-commerce Coordinator who can bring enthusiasm and excitement to our team.
Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, this role will see you take ownership over the execution of all areas of our online business, from working with the design and content team to coordinate product image and description uploads, using tools to effectively merchandise our websites to optimise sales opportunities, to developing campaign landing pages, maintaining all web content including reporting bugs to developers, building eDMs and using Google Analytics to compile weekly reports.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to SEO/SEM activity, ongoing website improvement projects and other digital marketing activities.
You'll work in a close knit marketing team alongside Brand Managers and our in-house creative team to produce on-brand digital content to communicate with our customers and drive online sales conversion.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the upload of all product feeds, product imagery, descriptions and other attributes, and maintain ongoing to ensure website is accurately merchandised
- Maintain product categories, optimise search results and perform daily site checks to ensure we deliver the best possible shopping experience
- Set up online promotions and update website content & creative in line with campaigns
- Build and deploy eDMs
- Complete weekly reporting on all eDM & website results
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role in an ecommerce environment
- Strong working knowledge of CMS and ecommerce systems. Magento experience advantageous.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
- Analytical skills & working knowledge of Google Analytics and an understanding of how to interpret standard metrics
- Experience using email platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Commercially minded with a sound understanding of online retail
- Understanding of website UX and SEO
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to solve challenges
