The Organisation:

The Role
This is a 12 month contract role operating at PAO3 level working with a dynamic team of passionate communications professionals.

Key requirements of the role are:

• Provide Account Management and communications strategy for all communications requirements within program and client areas.
• Develop and implement communications plans, respond to media, prepare media releases, write talking points and highlight potential issues.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring strong collaborative relationship across client areas.
• Respond to request from client teams and ministers offices in a timely manner.
• Lead and manage staff in a positive and flexible manner.

The Person
You will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in journalism, communications, and marketing, and have demonstrated experience performing at the PAO3 level. You are able work under pressure with flexible work. You have team leadership experience and strive to achieve key outcomes delivering benefits for all. You take personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work.
