Kwik Kopy is a leading print and design franchise business in Australia.
Our business, centrally located in Melbourne CBD, is well established and has been operating under the same ownership for 24 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to enhance brand awareness, build client relationships and grow sales.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Utilising databases as a sales tool for new customers
- Maintaining and developing relationship with existing clients
- Quote management
- Follow up on all sales leads
- Organising all sales and marketing related collateral
- Identifying new opportunities to introduce our products and services
- Liaising with customers to follow up on service
- Managing the customer database, track and report all sales activities
The successful applicant will be driving sales growth for our products and have a track record of success growing sales. You will have a good understanding of printed products, be well organised with excellent computer skills.
You will have exceptional communication skills and be experienced in dealing with customers on an ongoing basis. You are a self motivated person with a ‘can do’ attitude to your work.
