Brand Manager - Wellness
Right now, due to growth within the business, a leading beauty and wellness organisation is seeking an outstanding Brand Manager (Wellness) to join! Our client is an Australian owned company that has a fantastic product offering and takes pride in their fantastic work culture.
Each of their brands are against animal testing and have stood the test of time in the Australian market, with product ranges growing year on year, this company is set to soar.
Driving the luxury brand within the business you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand plans and executing annual brand campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to capitalise market opportunities. You will be responsible for the full marketing mix for the segment in the brand portfolio including development and implementation of all ATL and BTL activities, and marketing analysis. This position leverages global innovations to execute local plans across Australia.
Role of Brand Manager
• Managing wellness brand range
• Planograms
• Point of sale
• Briefing in concepts
• Planning
• Liaising with agencies and product development team
• Day to day running of the brand
• Merchandising
• Project management
To be successful in this role
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar
• Experience in a Brand Marketing role, working across any channel
• Genuine passion for health and wellness
• Ideally come from a health/wellness/fitness background with fundamental marketing skills
• Deep understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and initiatives
• Experience within a FMCG or Pharmaceutical company is highly desirable
