Phillip Riley in partnership with TILT Renewables are pleased to invite applications from Community Engagement Advisers who have experience with stakeholder communication with major infrastructure projects.

TILT Renewables develops, owns & operates renewable energy assets. Due to a newly created position they are seeking to bring on another member for the development team to support their community and stakeholder engagement functions. They have a large international portfolio of operating assets and an exceptional portfolio of future projects in Australia and abroad.

The position will require a high level of emotional intelligence, while maintaining impartiality, discretion and tactfulness. As well as an individual who is passionate about stakeholder management and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and challenging industry.

To be considered for this opportunity you will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
  • Tertiary qualified, with a minimum of 2 years experience in community relations and face to face stakeholder management for medium to large scale infrastructure/construction projects, specific experience in the wind or renewables sector will be looked upon favourably;
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and complex issues and difficult conversations;
  • Facilitation of engagement with government authorities;
  • Proven track record in achieving positive community outcomes;
  • Have sound communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
