Fastway Couriers is one of Australia's leading last mile courier delivery providers that is comprised of 27 Regional Franchisees and over 800 Courier Franchisees. We provide cost effective and reliable courier service and are committed to delighting the customer at the door.

This position works at a strategic, management and operational level to build the brand, launch new products, drive new business and increase customer retention.

This is an opportunity for someone with broad marketing skills across traditional and digital platforms, and an ability to deliver on marketing targets. We are looking for a driven person who is passionate about achieving success for small business owners. You will manage a small team to implement strategies that increase sales, retention and engagement at a national and local area level.  This position reports into the Global Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and implement business/marketing plans and budgets
  • Develop and coordinate digital strategies and campaigns across social media channels
  • Manage and work with local partners and agencies to insure successful ROI
  • Coordinate national marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Develop marketing materials and content (written, visual, video)
  • Interpret in house data analytics to optimise performance
  • Lead and manage the marketing and team
  • Manage stakeholder communications
  • Website review and other key projects

 

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Degree level qualification in marketing, business, communications or public relations
  • A minimum of 5yrs+ experience in senior marketing roles
  • Proven capacity in implementing digital media strategies
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a range of marketing activities at national and local area levels
  • Exceptional communication and content development skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders
  • Commitment to consistently achieve KPIs
