This brand is part of one of the world’s leading Pet Food companies. Not content with this enviable position, their lofty goals for market leadership ensure this is a brand you want to be a part of. In order to meet their targets, an experienced Brand Manager is required, someone able to expand on their domestic achievements and ensure international success.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, we’re looking for someone who is able to innovate and challenge existing strategy. You’ll use your knowledge and experience to achieve branded share growth and guarantee market performance.
Your responsibilities include:

• working with your Marketing Manager to ensure budgeting and planning success
• seeking an increase in B2B brand awareness and performance through effective brand development and management
• liaising with key business stakeholders to deliver adequate materials, activations and promotions to maximise brand potential
• capitalising on opportunities to educate the organisation in a manner directly aligned with brand proposition
• using market knowledge and effective monitoring & reporting to identify gaps and potential improvements in strategy
• successfully creating and implementing robust strategy up to 6 months in advance
• maintaining detailed databases and promotion scheduling and ensuring these are clearly communicated
• developing and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key players in the market

You will have:

• 5 years Brand Marketing Experience
• FMCG experience, ideally in the animal health industry
• proven success in:
  • o Above the line media campaigns
  • o Agency management for creative development
  • o Strategic brand development
  • o Touch point planning
  • o Digital brand execution

You will get:

• Salary approx. $110k
• Super
• 5% bonus
