Our client is seeking a Service Designer to work in a multidisciplinary team to build world class government digital services with a focus on web standards, usability and accessibility.

To be considered for this role you will be required to
Demonstrate experience working in a User Centred Design environment
experience mapping complex service environments both as is and future state based on insights from user research
experience of producing user scenarios, service experience concepts, blueprints and detailed service design as part of a multi-disciplinary team
experience working on operational services
experience presenting persuasively to senior stakeholders

Current Commonwealth Government baseline security clearance an advantage, otherwise the ability to obtain one.
