Australia’s most mischievous skin care brand, Go-To, has grown out of its adorable start-up phase and has its big boy pants on. As we go global, and take our famous online experience into the realm of bricks and mortar, we require the skill and strategy of an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to support our vision and growth.

Your role 

You will work with the Marketing and Communication team, providing your expertise, insight and analysis in the realisation of the company’s principles and vision to disrupt and delight the market. Managing the optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, researching, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, this role will recommend initiatives that will, drive sales growth across the product range, in alignment with Group strategies.


Your responsibilities 

  • To contribute research based recommendations to the development and implementation of all digital campaigns online and offline.  
  • To utilise all available resources internally and externally to monitor and report on campaign optimisation strategies that will enhance sales results.
  • To develop and deliver post campaign analysis and ROI reporting to inform the development of new campaign initiatives that will drive sales growth across the product range
  • The growth in the customer base and sales results across the product range, through the development of initiatives including paid and unpaid campaigns
  • To leverage data to produce, test, manage and optimise digital campaigns across all digital platforms
  • To identify opportunities for digital campaign innovation that will surprise and delight the market, support sales growth and engage new and existing customer markets
  • Development of strategy and implementation of paid digital marketing campaigns across paid search channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and retargeting
  • Defining and executing SEO strategies including providing competitor insights, on and off-page technical audits
  • Conducting keyword research and regular data insights to help identify new opportunities for traffic growth
  • Executing off and online marketing campaigns in line with the company’s marketing strategy
  • Integrating and utilising CRM systems to execute marketing campaigns
  • Conceiving and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive sales of new products
  • Managing and executing EDM campaigns in line with the company marketing strategy

Your Experience

With degree level Marketing and/or relevant Digital Technology tertiary qualifications and/or related work experience and post tertiary qualifications, we’re gonna need to see:

  • Demonstrated industry experience in developing, managing, monitoring and reporting on digital marketing campaigns in a digital ecosystem
  • Experience with project & task management online systems
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, tasks and priorities
  • Passion for emerging digital trends and technology
  • Demonstrated experience in executing SEM campaigns, paid advertising through Facebook and Google networks, retargeting campaigns, and other digital media ROI focussed projects
  • Demonstrated high level experience working with analytics, testing and marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Google Shopping, Facebook Ads Manager, A/B Testing
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and evaluation of content and copywriting to optimise SEO
  • Relevant channel certifications (eg: Google, Facebook) will be regarded highly
  • Experience in cosmetics, fashion or other consumables (we would love to see it but not essential)
