Due to recent company expansion and brand acquisition, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated marketing and communication co-ordinator to develop awareness and drive sales across our companies brands.
The role offered covers a wide aspect of marketing, however some key tasks include:
Website
• Website updates and amendments as required using the Joomla! platform
• Write marketing collateral including website content and pages plus brochures
Digital Channels
• Assist in creation and review of email databases
• Create data segmentation and user preferences
• Create and execute data cleansing activities
• Coordinate accuracy of databases including prospects and alumni
• Create new EDM templates
• Write industry and lifestyle blogs and articles
• Creation/review of applicable social media channels
• Create graphic designed social media posts and banners for all digital channels
• Create and post across all digital channels monthly promotions and other sales
• Create and execute social media advertising campaigns across social media platforms
• Creation of content for distribution to email list industry / lifestyle articles, promotions, newsletters, surveys.
• Create vlogs and write blogs
Print/Catalogues/Brochures
• Review and creation as necessary print/pdf brochures of products targeted to various segments
• Write marketing collateral including website content and pages plus brochures
• Edit & updated marketing collateral as required
Promotional Programs
• Assist in creation of promotional program 12 months in advance
• Execution of said program according to the plan
Tradeshows/Industry Events
• Identify, plan, manage and attend industry events such as tradeshows and conferences as deemed necessary and within budgets.
Commercial
• Write and issue media releases as required
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Assist and identify key target markets across categories
• Competitive analysis of products
• Work with in established marketing budget
