Our client, a large federal government department are seeking a high-calibre CX Advisory Lead to provide strategic advice through quality deliverables on a broad range of challenges and projects. 

The Customer Experience Advisory Lead will provide strategic advice through high quality deliverables on a broad range of challenges, projects and initiatives. Topics of particular focus include the definition CX vision and strategy, future state design, CX economics, CX measurement framework, digitalisation, and leveraging mobile and AI to enhance both digital and human experiences. 


To be considered for this role you will need


  • 5 years’ experience in top-tier management consulting 
  • 5 years’ experience in customer experience across CX strategy, design, economics, measurement and digital 

This opportunity is for an Initial engagement term of 12 months
