Our network of portals allows global traffic to connect with local markets and keep up to date with international real estate news and transactions.

About the role

Your role will involve creating content across all WILLIAMS MEDIA portals and social platforms. This role is a creative, hands on role that includes, creating content for our media portals, generating content for our social media channels, ecommerce, following leads, on boarding and sales. 

The Role:

  • Daily social media management, monitoring and content creation for all current and future social platforms
  • Working with our marketing and journalist team to create daily content for our media platforms 
  • Implement both paid and organic strategies in line with marketing objectives
  • Creating and editing sponsored content
  • Researching and sourcing content for articles
  • Stay up to date and report weekly, monthly or quarterly on social media trends, opportunities and new platform technology and competitor analysis
  • Contribute to the social media strategy and consistency of message
  • Source images for articles
  • Communicate with clients and sources regularly 
  • Coordinate and deliver content calendars and schedules in line with marketing plans and objectives
  • Build relationships with clients, partners and sources daily, over the phone, via email and/or in person
  • Take on board the Customer Satisfaction and implement learnings for future content
  • There is a high volume of work and therefore you, must be very organised and able to stay up to date with all your jobs each week.

Skills and experience

  • Have an interest in online media, the real estate industry and marketing
  • At least 1 year experience in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to write, edit and submit articles and work towards a deadline
  • Exceptional research skills
  • A hardworking digitally-savvy and positive individual with exceptional attention to detail
  • Expert knowledge of social media strategies including reach; engagement and lead generation
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Self motivated and confident
