EGM has exclusively partnered with our client, A well-known Aussie market leader, to appoint an exceptional customer-centric Marketing Manager.
The organisation is young compared to the competition but fast-moving, innovative and gaining market share quickly.
The Opportunity
In this role you will be tasked with overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity, building brand awareness and positioning in the market place. You’ll have an affinity for understanding what customers want and develop key strategies to increase engagement and market share.
Working cross functionally and partnering with key external stakeholders you will communicate and integrate our strategies to deliver campaign objectives. You will oversee the day to day planning and co-ordination as well ensuring the strategic plans and objectives are delivered.
Key duties:
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget, Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Working within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Developing Customer Loyalty programs; developing and executing activities that have significant impact on the specified functional area of the Customer Loyalty Program
- Identifying and establishing relationships with internal/external partners, building up customer database and CRM.
- Researching and analysing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Experimenting with a variety of B2b channels – content creation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more, Intimate understanding of B2B marketing channels
- Organising company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
- Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Tracking all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
- Commitment to consistently achieve KPIs
About You
You will have at least 5 years experience working in senior marketing positions. You will have fresh ideas and be able to demonstrate how you are able to understand the wants and needs of a customer base.
