About the role

• PR & Social Media management – including social media planning & EDMs
• Liaising with other departments in our Australia and European offices – Marketing, Sales & Production 
• E-store management – including order fulfilment & stock 
• Answering customer service (email and phone)
• In-store POP management
• Stock allocation, pick and pack
• General office duties

Skills and experience

• A good understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
