About the role

You will be responsible for planning, writing and managing client social content including blogs and posts across all major platforms, managing approvals and publishing and taking responsibility for active community engagement.

You must love writing and love social media being active yourself, have deep knowledge of all major social platforms and the opportunities that they represent. The role involves:

  • Proactive client and team relationship management & engagement
  • Planning, writing and developing content for all platforms
  • Provide great customer experiences & engagement
  • Understanding & fulfilling client content, engagement strategy & ROI objectives
  • Interpreting client briefs, products, brand and tone-of-voice guidelines
  • Write briefs for the creative team, coordinating with creative, influencer and community in use of their content
  • Reporting of impact of content, engagement, reach (organic and paid)

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Social content & community management experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Creative and engaging copywriting for multiple social platforms 
  • Experience in working within client and creative environments
  • Love of technology, digital, social in particular (you must be active in your own channels)
  • Proficient in creative & editing programs (eg Adobe Suite)
  • Proficient in Google Suite of Products
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills
