To be successful you will need to be strategic and hands on, enjoy working in a small team and have the ability to juggle many projects at one time. You will also need to be able to think on your feet and will enjoy working in a semi- autonomous role as your line manager is interstate.

What You'll Do :

• Develop strategic partner marketing plans and campaigns to drive demand and maximize revenue growth
• Work with key partners to maximise ROI
• Collaborate with sales management to understand business objectives
• Ensure visibility and promotion of campaigns to clients and Insight sales teams
• Maintain regular communication vehicles with all the sales leaders to make sure we are providing the right product offerings and solutions for their segments.

What You'll Need :

• 3 years' experience in a vendor / alliance management role preferably in IT software
• Proven success in managing successful marketing campaigns
• The ability to work cross functionally with managers, sales and partners to lead and influence results  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability work under time constraints and pressure while maintaining focus and consistency to achieve goals
• Experience in managing multiple tasks of varying difficulty and complexity.
• Be results driven, supported by timely measurement of performance and be a team player
