The Job
TFE Hotels Home Office are currently on the hunt for a Business Analyst to join them for a 6 Months contract. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will work closely with CRM & Loyalty team & technology supplier Cendyn. The focus of this position will be to gain an in-depth understanding of the Cendyn’s data architecture and make recommendations on the business with relation to the CRM & Loyalty strategy.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Work with TFE business stakeholders to gather requirements, capture business needs and priorities
- Conduct a methodical statistical analysis and investigation of high level business requirements
- Clearly articulate and document business requirements to a level that is easily understood by the wider business and makes recommendations on the implementation of a loyalty rewards program
- Identify customer booking and buying patterns as well as customer behaviour by brand
- Forecast the impact on business performance with the introduction of discount pricing strategy for loyalty membership base
- Make recommendations on tiered customer segments based on RFM scoring
- Develop and provide training for Cendyne Insight systems users
- Provide functional support to BI report users and stakeholders
We are ideally looking for someone able to demonstrate:
- Experience working across a range of integrated finance and reporting systems (Microsoft SQL Server reporting Services (SSRS) or Microsoft Power BI favourable)
- Well-developed Business Analysis expertise – able to collate requirements and make recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in relation to financial monitoring and management
- Highly developed analytical skills and proactive approach to problem solving
