An exciting opportunity has become within the banking sector. This roles plays a key part in assisting my client across developing direct engagement plans across various customers and key partners. This role is both B2B and B2C and plays a key part in developing engaging / targeted direct campaigns.
You will play a key part in developing campaigns to acquire new customers and deepen customer relationships, retain customers and improve their experience with us.
This opportunity involves working alongside various stakeholders from teams such as marketing, digital, insights, product, sales and channel management. The role will require you to work in an agile way within squads to bring initiatives to life from initial concept to execution - including configuration, testing, QA, troubleshooting and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Technical Marketing Automation Skills
- 2-3 years experience planning / developing campaigns through various email platforms
- CRM experience
- Pre and post campaign analysis
- End to end eDM / SMS campaigns
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to advise across direct marketing campaigns
- Commercially savvy
- A problem solver
