This Australian retailer, have a fantastic track record, for developing innovative products, and a long standing name within their specific field.

Reporting into the Senior Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the CRM platform structure and architecture, establishing the right foundations for customer analytic and responsible for all EDM's gong both B2B and B2C.

Working within a team of 4, you play a key part in mapping out customer journeys and will have a strong ability to understand customer needs and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and delivering CRM / Email marketing strategies across the business encouraging customer retention and loyalty, through a 2M customer base.
• Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch point with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the CRM / Email marketing works effectively for all aspects of the business.
• Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities across email marketing.
• Developing testing email marketing strategies for all aspects for the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.

Key Requirements Include:

• Experience in direct and digital marketing (Email Marketing)
• Understanding of customer membership based programs
• Understanding of new and innovative technologies in the digital marketing space
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, and / or equivalent marketing or specialist knowledge.
• Knowledge of email campaign management platforms
