Due to company growth this retailer is seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to be part of their journey to greater success!

The Company

Reporting to the CMO this role will manage a small marketing team of 4 across multiple channels such as: CRM, retail and wholesale, social and brand management.

This role will be responsible or setting and executing the marketing strategy, creating engaging and inspirational marketing content and driving marketing performance to maximise sales and provide ROI.

You will be working with a collaborative team cross functionally and with external third party partnerships. 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop short and long term marketing plans for the brand across all channels
• Create, drive and execute marketing communications and promotional calendar across all channels
• Implement seasonal recommendations, including consumer advertising, Media, PR and in store activity
• Oversee the development of content strategy
• Oversee CRM strategy in line with CRM manager

Skills and Experience required:

• Proven marketing management experience within retail 
• Have experience across multiple marketing channels such as: In-store, brand, social media, CRM and digital
• Have a balance of creative and strategic mindset
• Be driven, hardworking and tenacious
