The Role

• You will build and drive the marketing campaigns to engage opportunities through writing relevant content, email campaigns.
• Run campaigns around influencer marketing, content creation & digital advertising. 
• Drive growth through growth hacking & affiliate marketing strategies
• Try, Test and Pivot marketing approach in an agile manner to keep up with business growth
• Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media, and blogs)
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing automation, email, social media, SEM/SEO and display advertising campaigns
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Establishing PR success metrics and tracking

To be successful in this role

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Mathematics 
• You have an agile approach and are not afraid to try, test, break things and do it all over again.
• Experience managing an end to end marketing campaign
• You will be passionate about affiliate marketing and growth hacking 
• You have email marketing automation experience (Autopilot, MailChimp, Referral programs
• You have outstanding communication skills and enthusiasm for building communities 
• You have strong numerical skills and high attention to detail - written and visual 
•  You are a creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
