About the role: 

Amnesty International Australia has an exciting and varied role for a multi-media content production specialist who is looking to have an impact on social change.  The Content Production Specialist is responsible for planning, producing and sourcing multimedia content for key campaigns.  Working within the Digital Communications Team, this role is responsible for leading on Amnesty International Australia's content strategy.  

A typical week in this role may see you being on location shooting footage for our next big campaign; putting the finishing touches on a quick piece to camera for our social channels; managing external suppliers to deliver multimedia content; working with our campaign teams to put together a communications plan for the next quarter or training volunteers from across the country to produce their own high quality campaigns content.

About you:

You are an experienced Content Production Specialist looking to showcase your technical production skills with planning, producing and sourcing compelling, relevant and innovative multimedia content to inspire community support of Amnesty International Australia (AIA) human rights objectives and key campaigns. 

Utilising your outstanding written (writing and editing), oral, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, you'll contribute to developing integrated communication plans across digital media and offline channels to support AIA's campaigns and brand objectives.

You're a true project manager with proven experience in managing digital projects towards the achievement of agreed outcomes including delivery on time and to budget. 

You have proven experience researching and planning engaging content to suit a variety of audiences and effectively managing supplier and stakeholder relationships.
