Your new company

Your new role
As an experienced Marketing & Communications Professional you will be working closely with the leadership team, managing and owning a diverse work portfolio. This will include; community engagement, brand management, communications and media. You will also:
- Utilise your creative ideas to develop the brand, working closely to the overall strategy
- Create and coordinate large marketing publications & collateral
- Define and manage the guidelines and templates for the wider organisation
- Engage and grow social media activities
- Design and create attractive online designs through your own ideas and briefings
- Generate and manage content for all digital marketing mediums
- Manage internal and external communication
- Analyse and report on marketing activities
This opportunity will also see you supervising and leading a team of up to 8 staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring a positive attitude and have an innovative mindset in conjunction with your developed experience. You will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications (or related discipline or experience)
- Demonstrated experience in a Team Leader or Project/Portfolio management position
- Be a detailed-orientated candidate with a high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and technical skills with MS Office, InDesign & Adobe Suite - desirable.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Full working rights for Australia.
