We take them through a process first of discovering their archetype and then secondly awakening it. Our clients love discovering their archetype and can’t wait to put it into action. About The Role
In this position you will manage a team of two people, with your team responsible for running client workshops and providing client Brand Discovery Maps (Brand Strategy). You’ll be based in Brisbane, but will travel to client’s offices globally as required. Tasks will include the following:
- Overseeing our Discovery and Awakening processes.
- Facilitating workshops.
- Assisting in creation of the Brand Discovery Maps that result from these workshops.
- Presenting Brand Discovery Maps back to clients.
- Progressing prospects through the sales funnel.

The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for someone who can guide the process and keep participants attention over the 4 hour workshop. They must be able to read body language and pull out of people what they are not saying. Ideally you will:
- Be inquisitive by nature.
- Have facilitation experience with groups 2 to 20 in size.
- Be NLP trained.
- Have some marketing experience or background.
- Be an extravert.
