NMG is a fast paced PR, Social, Event and Creative agency requiring a Public Relations  / Events Assistant / Talent Booker to work across a variety of fabulous clients in a PR, event and administration role.

Whether you are booking promotional ambassadors and talent onto events, setting up an event, sending out press samples to the media, writing and following-up media releases, or working with your Account Managers on PR / events, this job will keep you totally motivated with the various activities to be undertaken.

Based in Leichhardt, we are part of a group of companies which include a design agency and talent agency, offering further career development and growth.

To be successful in this role the person will need to have:

• minimum 12 months PR experience in an agency,
• excellent communication skills (verbal & written),
• particular attention to detail
• reporting skills
• the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, talent and the media

 The Public Relations / Event Assistant's role includes working across:

1. PR accounts including writing media releases, media liaison, maintaining press and sample ranges, general administration, managing media clippings, and assisting the PR Account Managers and reception duties.
2. Event accounts including liaising with clients & suppliers, developing proposals, business development, managing events, managing promotional staff and pricing jobs.
   
   The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, who is self motivated and excited by the challenge of generating great outcomes for clients.
   
   A degree in either communications or similar is required and ideally work experience in the industry is preferable.
   
   The position is for an immediate start.
