What are we looking for?

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Lifecycle Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing key acquisition and retention strategies that maximise customer value and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an automated customer  lifecycle program and own broader customer experience/engagement initiatives   
  • Scope new opportunities for growth across Direct Mail, Digital and Telesales Channels
  • Analyse customer data, utilising both internal and external resources, to make recommendations for optimitising campaigns and improve business performance.
  • Design and produce mandatory documentation/ marketing collateral using customer insights/  value propositions
  • Plan ,execute and report on performance metrics of customer programs including Acquisition, Early Month on Book, Retention and Attrition Management.
  • Successfully build positive relationships and manage operating rhythms with internal departments and external 3rd party suppliers (eg Mail house)

You must ensure all activity is conducted compliantly and clearly within company guidelines.

About you

You will have a Marketing degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing/Campaign Management. Ideally, you would have relevant experience in the Insurance or Financial Services field, although not essential.

You will have:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong advocacy for an outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to use your initiative & have a strategic vision
  • Good business acumen
  • Highly motivation and want to contribute to our positive culture  
  • A willingness to ‘pitch in’ and work closely with other departments & enjoy a ‘hands on’ role
  • Resilience & ability to work autonomously
  • Moderate level Graphic Design experience using Adobe Indesign, Illustrator or Photoshop to develop or modify marketing collateral will be highly regarded
