CRM Manager - Melbourne

My client is a leading Loyalty and CRM agency that are looking to appoint a Senior Campaign Manager to join their growing Data and Analytics team. Joining this fast paced, entrepreneurial business you will be responsible for the management of the campaigns that are being created for their largest account.

You will come from a strong Email/ CRM background. This position will remain hands on in all aspects of CRM and Email marketing.

CRM Manager Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Director of Campaigns, you will implement engaging, creative and customer centric strategies
• Collaborating with the client and being an extension of their team
• Work closely with the Data Strategy/ Planning team to incorporate personalisation into lifecycle campaigns
• Ensure that all campaigns are fit for purpose and tested before execution
• Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focused objectives
• Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
• Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email)

CRM Manager Requirements

• Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
• Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
• Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
• Analytically minded
• Must be advanced level with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise CRM/ Direct Marketing systems
• Preferably coming from an ecommerce business/retail/travel etc
