Your new company
My client, a leading financial services organisation is seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in Melbourne’s Inner Suburbs, this company is one of the country’s leading insurance providers.

Your new role
In this role, you will report to the Head of Content and be responsible for the strategy and execution of social media campaigns. You will drive customer engagement across social media to increase the organisation’s presence in the Australian market.

You will work closely with the Marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure that content produced is in line with brand guidelines and that customer messaging is consistent across campaigns and promotions.

You will respond to messages, inquiries and comments across social media platforms. You will also be responsible for reporting on social media activity and analysing data to optimise future communications and campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background in social media management - with experience creating content, responding to inquiries and implementing communications strategies across social platforms.

You will have strong experience in Facebook advertising as well as experience using Facebook Audience Insights, Ads Manager and reporting tools. You will be able to demonstrate growing audience sizes and optimising paid campaigns.

Experience working in insurance and/or banking would be highly regarded.
