The travel and tourism industry has been one of the most disrupted sectors afrom the arrival of "digital". The new operating model has been constructed so as to remove operational silos and to create a unified team pursuing congruent goals. This role will play a key part in the continued evolution of one of Australia's genuinely most loved employers.

Reporting to the CMO and inspiring a team of six, plus agency partners, you will hold the critical responsibility of ensuring the organisation is using and constantly reviewing the most appropriate marketing technology to its fullest extent. You will also have full accountability for optimising the ROI of all digital media spend, including the appraisal of how that spend is managed (internal vs external). Finally you will work closely with a number of commercial partners in order to drive incremental results for both them and our client and thus ensure continuity and longevity to those partnerships.
