We have an opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join KPMG’s Deals, Tax & Legal division as a Proposal Project Manager who will work with Partners and senior staff to help secure these wins for the Deal Advisory business.
Your new role
By effectively applying KPMG’s best practice methodology and tools to manage the development of winning proposals and tenders within KPMG Deal Advisory, you will:
- Manage from end to end all aspects of responding to formal invitations to tenders and requests for proposals for a wide range of services
- Facilitate the key proposal management activities from value proposition development to presentation rehearsal
- Organise and collate the tender/proposal content from multiple senior stakeholders in different locations
- Engage and collaborate with design colleagues to deliver outstanding proposal documents
- Advocate, utilise and promote the use of best practice proposal processes and tools
You bring to the role
Proven proposal/bid/tender coordination and management experience preferably from a professional or financial services or related field. You will also have:
- Outstanding written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders to achieve desired results in tight time-frames
