We are on the lookout for a talented Content & Social Media Marketer to join our digital team. You will work alongside digital marketing specialists to deliver customer-centric, creative and targeted campaigns to our membership base.

You will use your experience and skills to:

• Accelerate content and Social marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement & leads that deliver sales and customer retention
• Collaborate across functions and departments to deliver an effective content & Social media marketing strategy with a bulletproof editorial plan to meet the business objectives;
• Design, create and execute campaigns for social networks;
• Create and publish engaging and relevant content, including digital media such as videos;
• Run social advertising campaigns using Facebook ads manager
• Develop media relations to secure high level placements in online channels;
• Analyse key trends, competitor activity and audience insights and make recommendations for social and content opportunities based on this research; and
• Ensure all social profiles adhere to best practice and accurately reflect our brand;
• Manage the influencer program to deliver brand awareness and sales.

You will bring to the role:

• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. degree in multimedia);
• At least four years' experience in content publication and production environment;
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it;
• Ability to analyse and report on content and social media performance;
• Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders;
• Keen eye for detail and organized approach;
• Experience building long lasting influencer relationships that deliver brand awareness and sales;
• Understanding of editorial requirements including SEO principles, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
• Experienced in the use of technology such as Kentico, Facebook ads, Google Analytics, social media channels, Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS.
