An opportunity has become available for a passionate Marketing/Office Coordinator working with the most luxurious car brand in the world. We offer this to a mature, well organised and enthusiastic person to join our company on a part-time basis; 5 days a week.

Day to day duties include:

  • Update and manage CRM, database, social media and website functions.
  • Support event management and marketing functions.
  • Events, launches and drive day coordination, implementation and follow up.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Assist with promotional marketing collateral and activities.
  • Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders/luxury brands.
  • Manage, review and work closely with SEO & Web agency. Monitor and mange SEO campaigns & reporting.
  • Manage and write content for eDms and client correspondence.
  • Office administration will include general day-to-day tasks; telephone skills, meeting and greeting clients etc.

To be successful, you must have:

  • A full Victorian Drivers Licence.
  • Must be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
  • Experience in marketing within the motor and/or closely related industry. (distinct advantage)
  • Experience in using email marketing applications and maintenance of email subscriber databases. 
  • Strong communication skills, grammar and attention to detail. (Chinese language - advantageous) 
  • The ability to be flexible, adaptable and value teamwork yet be able to work independently when required.
  • Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • High level of initiative, responsibility and accountability.
  • Flexibility to work within a small team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Marketing Events + Experience 
  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience
