An opportunity has become available for a passionate Marketing/Office Coordinator working with the most luxurious car brand in the world. We offer this to a mature, well organised and enthusiastic person to join our company on a part-time basis; 5 days a week.

Day to day duties include:
- Update and manage CRM, database, social media and website functions.
- Support event management and marketing functions.
- Events, launches and drive day coordination, implementation and follow up.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
- Assist with promotional marketing collateral and activities.
- Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders/luxury brands.
- Manage, review and work closely with SEO & Web agency. Monitor and mange SEO campaigns & reporting.
- Manage and write content for eDms and client correspondence.
- Office administration will include general day-to-day tasks; telephone skills, meeting and greeting clients etc.

To be successful, you must have:
- A full Victorian Drivers Licence.
- Must be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
- Experience in marketing within the motor and/or closely related industry. (distinct advantage)
- Experience in using email marketing applications and maintenance of email subscriber databases.
- Strong communication skills, grammar and attention to detail. (Chinese language - advantageous)
- The ability to be flexible, adaptable and value teamwork yet be able to work independently when required.
- Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- High level of initiative, responsibility and accountability.
- Flexibility to work within a small team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Marketing Events + Experience
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience
